What exercise options do you have for adults that are not athletes or athletes past their prime looking for a good workout regimen?

Our daily boot camp classes are tailored towards adults who are looking for a challenge that will push the best out of them.

My child has never lifted weights before, how do they start?

Our foundations class is for youth ages 10-14 who will learn the foundational techniques needed for strength, speed and mobility development.

Do you offer any Nutritional counseling?

Performance Nutrition clients receive an initial consultation with our Fitness Nutrition Specialist followed by weekly check-ins for a designated amount of time. Because diet is ever-evolving, we strive to follow athletes over the course of several months in order to ensure success. These clients have all-day access to our Nutritionists over the course of the program.

What is sports therapy?

EFT offers several options to enhance recovery time and keep you at peak performance during your season and in training.

  • Laser Therapy:
  • LCT-1000 Class IV Deep Tissue Laser Therapy is a non-invasive treatment using a focused laser beam to inundate areas of pain, weakness, and limited range of motion with an energizing light to repair damaged cells, reduce inflammation, and promote healthy tissue repair.

  • Massage Therapy:
  • Relieve your daily aches and pains, or simply recover from your workout by working with one of our licensed massage therapists.

    How do I register for a class?

    Once a client profile is created, you may register for classes ahead of time on the EFT app. Walk-ins are also welcome.

    How do I know this is the fit for me?

    A one time, free trial is available for boot camps, foundations and advanced/elite classes.

    Can I come in at any time and lift by myself?

    There are classes scheduled hourly. Please see our weekly class schedule for more details. One on One sessions are also available by appointment.

    How many people are in a class?

    Varies from 2-14 average

    How long are the sessions?

    60-75 minutes

    What do we bring to a session?

    Gym shoes- no cleats
