Youth, High School & College Athletes

EFT offers training for any age athlete striving to get better at their sport. Our group training programs are a fun and inviting sessions based tailored to the ability levels of the athletes participating. We have three levels of group training: Foundations, Advanced, and Elite.

FOUNDATIONS

Foundations is a course designed for ages 10-14+ years of age. These sessions are focused teaching our younger athletes proper movement patterns and the basics of training and speed development.  By taking the time to complete the foundations program we can ensure that each athlete knows how to properly move their body in order to better develop strength and speed as they continue training.

ADVANCED

Our Advanced group training program is for more experienced athletes who have either gone through our Foundations program, or who have had some prior experience with training. These classes are designed to include more complex lifting programs as well as more advanced speed and agility techniques and drills.

ELITE

Elite classes are for college bound or college level athletes only. This is our most progressive class we offer and is only for athletes who have been training at a high level for a period or years.

SPEED DEVELOPMENT

Speed development classes solely focus on learning the proper mechanics of running, cutting, accelerating, and decelerating. There is no lifting component to this class, it is 50 minutes of pure speed and agility work.

Remote Training Powered by Trainerize

Can’t make it in to one of our facilities? No problem! EFT proudly offers remote training sent directly to your phone using the app, Trainerize. In the app you will have your own customized program sent directly to you including video demonstrations of every exercise, direct chat access to your trainer, and progress tracking metrics.
