Conveniently located in the northern suburbs of Chicago, EFT Sports Performance is a world-class training facility capable of many different exercise modalities. The center of our training facility showcases 2430 square feet of Astroturf that is utilized for unique functional movement training, sled work, position-specific skill work, speed, deceleration, and agility drills. We are also equipped with three multi-purpose lifting platforms, ergonomic dumbbells up to 130lbs, three large tires, Tred Sled™, and a large variety of unique strength, speed, and agility equipment. EFT also features pristine private bathrooms, showers, massage therapy area, and a Sports Medicine and Physical Therapy Clinic from NorthShore University Health System. Every piece of equipment is utilized in an effort to give you a workout and results you can’t find anywhere else.
