Each EFT Boot Camp training session is intense, challenging, and a fun way to achieve your fitness goals. All Boot Camp participants are challenged with the same unconventional training methods that EFT Athletes use to develop total body strength, lose body fat, and cardiovascular endurance.
An experienced trainer works with a small group of two or more clients with similar training goals and experience. Depending on the goals of the group, sessions include a blend of functional strength training, core development, speed and agility training, and injury prevention exercises.
