NBA Off-Season

Each EFT NBA Training session features various exercises designed to prepare the athlete for intense practice sessions and competition. After basketball season concludes, our training sessions can be utilized to rehabilitate the athlete from previous injuries and prepare them for next season. Examples of utilized exercises and concepts include:
